Therefore, we ask customers to inspect theproduct components and report any damage they notice. once theproduct has been installed, Sokoyo will NOT be responsible for anynewly discovered damage. Furthermore, customer shall beresponsible for any cost caused by incorrect installation of thelights, including time and travel cost of technicians to thecustomer''s installation site. If a product is damaged, thecustomer must obtain SOKOYO''s permission before conductingrepairs. Failure to do so will void the product warranty.

WARRANTY

INSTALLATION
SOKOYO offersdetailed instructions and videos for installation. Besides,SOKOYO can provide onsite installation training and technicalassistance free of charge in initial period for large projects morethan 100 poles because we has developed her experienced technicalteam.

MAINTENANCE
SOKOYO’s solarstreet lights are designed to be essentially maintenance free. Incertain regions with heavy dust, snow, or extreme dry weather withlittle rain, however, some level of maintenance is required toensure the proper function of the lights.
Typicalmaintenance schedule:
Ÿ EveryWeek: Inspect street lights to ensure all the lights are working.If there are lights which are not lit, perform analysis tounderstand cause and conduct repairs.
Ÿ EveryTwo Months: Inspect street light panels and clean ones which arecovered with dust or sand. The best way to clean the panels is witha brush at the end of a long pole. Cares should be taken to avoiddamaging the solar panels.
Ÿ EveryFive to Seven Years: Replace the solar street light batteries ifthe voltages drop below normal levels. The battery has an expectedlife of five-seven years.
